When you use FX Smart Album, we collect the following information:

• Account information: your email address and authentication details (managed via secure third-party authentication).
• Hardware ID: a unique identifier derived from your motherboard, processor, and storage device, used to lock your license to your PC.
• Payment proof: the screenshot of your UPI payment that you upload during checkout, used solely for manual verification of your order.
• Order details: the plan you purchased, amount paid, and order status.

We use the information we collect to:

• Verify your payment and issue your license key.
• Lock your license to your specific hardware.
• Provide customer support related to installation and activation.
• Notify you about updates to your order status.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Payment screenshots are stored in a private bucket and are accessible only to you and our admin team. Access is protected by row-level security rules.

We do not process or store your bank account, card, or UPI PIN information. All payments are made directly to our UPI ID through your own UPI app. We only store the screenshot you provide as proof of payment.

We use minimal essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, or to request deletion of your account. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page.

Note: deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We retain order data, hardware IDs, and payment screenshots for as long as necessary to provide support, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by Indian tax and accounting law.

FX Smart Album is intended for professional photographers and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
