FX Smart Album is a desktop application that works only on Windows PCs (64-bit Windows 10 or 11). The software is not supported on macOS, iPadOS, Android, or any mobile or web platform. Purchases made by users intending to run the software on unsupported platforms are not eligible for refund.
The software requires the following minimum specifications to operate:
The user is responsible for ensuring their system meets these requirements before purchasing. We do not provide refunds for systems that fall below the minimum specification.
This is a high-performance application. It will not run properly on low-end PCs, including but not limited to: Intel Pentium, Celeron, Atom, older Intel i3 chips, AMD entry-level chips, systems without an SSD, or systems with less than 8 GB of RAM. We make no performance or stability guarantees on such systems.
Each license is generated based on a unique hardware signature derived from your motherboard, processor (CPU), and storage device (SSD). The license is locked to that specific combination of hardware.
Licenses are sold as time-limited plans (7, 28, 84, 168, or 365 days). The license is valid only for the selected duration, starting from the date of approval, and automatically expires at the end of the period. To continue using the software, you must purchase a new plan. Licenses cannot be transferred to another person, another PC, or another set of hardware. One license activates one device only.
If you change major hardware components — including but not limited to the motherboard, processor, or SSD — your license may stop working. In such cases, you will be required to purchase a new license. We do not offer free re-issuance of licenses for hardware changes, system reinstalls that change the hardware ID, or equivalent events.
