Refund & Cancellation Policy

FX Smart Album operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation, situations where the buyer:

• Changes their mind after purchase.
• Did not test the demo before purchasing.
• Is unable to operate the software.
• Has a slow, low-end, or unsupported PC.
• Purchased the software for the wrong device or platform.
• Does not receive support response within their expected timeframe.

If the software does not work because your PC is not working, underpowered, misconfigured, or incompatible, this is not a valid reason for a refund. The buyer is responsible for ensuring their system is in good working order and meets the published minimum requirements before purchasing.

The free demo is provided so that you can test compatibility on your own hardware. By purchasing, you confirm that you have already verified the software runs on your PC.

Each license is hardware-locked to your motherboard, CPU, and SSD, and is valid only for the duration of the plan you purchased (7, 28, 84, 168, or 365 days). Once a license key has been issued, the sale is considered complete and is non-refundable, even if you do not use the software for the full duration.

If you change major hardware components (motherboard, processor, or SSD), your license may stop working. In such cases, you must purchase a new license. We do not offer refunds, free re-issuance, or credit transfers for hardware changes.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been submitted. If your order is rejected during manual review (for example, due to an invalid payment screenshot), you may contact support — however, any disputes regarding the original payment must be resolved with your bank or UPI provider directly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a license key will result in immediate revocation of the license and a permanent ban from future purchases.
